| This is me I'm an 21 year old furnituremaker from Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands. My passion in life is photography, in the weekends and after work I'm always busy with something related to photography. Many people take photos during a holiday or event but for me a photo must be more than just a snap out of time. For me the touristic places doesn't always matter, its more about the small details that make the place so special. De Vetpan Studios The reason I choose to publish my photography under the name of De Vetpan is very simple. My grandpa was the owner of an arts centre named “De Vetpan” back in the 50's, In this building people could watch theatrical shows, Sunday movies and a performance from the local orchestra. Back in those days it was one of the biggest entertainment buildings in the city of Bergen op Zoom and all the members of the family where know as the kids from "De Vetpan". The arts centre closed in 1963 and slowly the fame of "De Vetpan" disappeared. Since the day I was born I knew what "De Vetpan" used to mean to my family, so my idea was to give the name a 2nd life by publishing my photos under the name of "De Vetpan Studios".
